The First Steps

    Join De Brug by signing in via this link.

    Please choose the membership that is best suited to your wants and needs

  2. 2. Install our HFC App

    After signup you will receive a link to download our app

    This app offers you the possibility to book (group) workouts, meet our community and much more...

     

  3. 3. Health Check

    Book a meeting with one of our instructors for a basic or premium health check

    This health check gives you a clear insight to your current fitness level and also highlights the fields of your fitness that can be improved

     

     

  4. 4. Training Programme

    The instructor will build you a tailored training programme to reach your desired fitness goals

    No matter what your current fitness level is, our highly dedicated instructors will guide and motivate you to achieve your fitness goals as fast and safe as possible

     

What else do we offer you?

As a member of De Brug you also get the possibility to participate in local group classes but also online so you can still join your favourite workouts when you work from home.

The same goes for personal training, we're proud to be able to say that we offer both local and online PT's to our clients; so don't hesitate to book a session with one of our instructors where they will push you beyond your limits.

De Brug also provides the possibility to book a session with our physiotherapist, who is ready to assist you with any muscoskeletary issue you may have.
